At this time, DST Fragrances ships to the United States only.

All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. Handling time can vary according to traffic volume. Please refer to the storefront header to see our current handling time as it is updated daily.

I am not responsible for carrier-based shipping delays. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only and NOT guaranteed.

If your item arrives in poor condition or doesn't arrive, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the USPS postal service or UPS. All USPS and UPS packages are insured up to $100.

I am proud to offer complementary shipping insurance through ShipInsure for packages valued over $100 ($500 limit). Please visit https://go.shipinsure.net/claims to file a claim.  You will need to provide your order number and email address associated with your order in order to file a claim.

DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED

All of my shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier in order to investigate this issue. I cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. 

If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.
