Refund policy

I know that choosing the perfect fragrance is a very personal experience, and everyone’s preferences are unique. To help you find the scent you’ll love, I recommend trying samples or smaller sizes before deciding on a full-size product. 

If you need to return a product, I gladly accept returns* within 7 business days from the delivery date. Please note that items must be wrapped, unopened, and unused to qualify for a return. No exceptions. Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds for items that have been opened, including outer tissue wrapping. A return shipping fee of $9.99* will be deducted from your refund. While I don’t offer exchanges, I am happy to assist with returns.

*The following products are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for return: Bath Whip, Shower Gels, Body Butters, Body Powders, Dry Shampoos, Sample Size Products,  and all products in the Choose Your Fragrance shop category.
